Joe has been the minister of the Ellabell Church of Christ since 1992. He is a graduate of Harding University (’85). He served congregations in Florida, Missouri, Kentucky, and Arkansas before discovering this vital group of the Lord’s people. Joe also is a member of the faculty of the community’s public high school.
